Laughed twice during Wreck-It Ralph. Once was a sneeze.

“Script was written in ketchup.”
Wreck-It Ralph
Masterfully crafted. Un-roastable.
An absolute cinematic disaster.
Wreck-It Ralph is the 9-foot-tall, 643-pound villain of an arcade video game named Fix-It Felix Jr., in which the game's titular hero fixes buildings that Ralph destroys. Wanting to prove he can be a good guy and not just a villain, Ralph escapes his game and lands in Hero's Duty, a first-person shooter where he helps the game's hero battle against alien invaders. He later enters Sugar Rush, a kart racing game set on tracks made of candies, cookies and other sweets. There, Ralph meets Vanellope von Schweetz who has learned that her game is faced with a dire threat that could affect the entire arcade, and one that Ralph may have inadvertently started.

Wreck-It Ralph put every joke in the trailer and then dared us to sit through the rest.
The science in Wreck-It Ralph has the same relationship to physics that I have to going to the gym: aspirational.
Wreck-It Ralph is what happens when a writers' room confuses "ambiguous" with "didn't finish the draft".

The cinematography in Wreck-It Ralph is doing all the heavy lifting and it shows
Look, I wanted to love Wreck-It Ralph. The trailer had me hyped. But sitting through the second hour felt like a homework assignment. The dialogue is exposition stacked on exposition and the score keeps telling me how to feel.
Unpopular opinion: Wreck-It Ralph is the most overrated film of the decade
Just got out of Wreck-It Ralph and I'm convinced critics are being paid in residuals. Two genuinely good scenes do not make a film. Convince me otherwise.
[Serious Discussion] Is anyone else completely checked out by the pacing in Wreck-It Ralph?
Director clearly thought Wreck-It Ralph was deeper than it is. There's a difference between ambiguous and unfinished, and this leans hard into the second.
