Two solid hours of characters staring intensely out of rain-slicked windows. Brilliant work, Game of Thrones.

Game of Thrones
Masterfully crafted. Un-roastable.
An absolute cinematic disaster.

[Serious Discussion] Is anyone else completely checked out by the pacing in Game of Thrones?
Just got out of Game of Thrones and I'm convinced critics are being paid in residuals. Two genuinely good scenes do not make a film. Convince me otherwise.
[Spoilers] Can we discuss that absolutely baffling ending in Game of Thrones?
Honestly, Game of Thrones would be a tight 95-minute movie. Instead we got a bloated runtime padded with B-roll and lingering shots that add nothing.
Why does no one talk about how mid the writing in Game of Thrones actually is?
Director clearly thought Game of Thrones was deeper than it is. There's a difference between ambiguous and unfinished, and this leans hard into the second.
