If whispered monologues were currency, The Pitt would settle the national debt.

@RATIO_RAT2025-12-27 07:00 UTC

The Pitt has the emotional range of a fridge magnet.

@REEL_DEAL2025-12-28 23:00 UTC

The Pitt confuses "subtle" with "the cast forgot to act".

Why does no one talk about how mid the writing in The Pitt actually is?

Director clearly thought The Pitt was deeper than it is. There's a difference between ambiguous and unfinished, and this leans hard into the second.

[Serious Discussion] Is anyone else completely checked out by the pacing in The Pitt?

Honestly, The Pitt would be a tight 95-minute movie. Instead we got a bloated runtime padded with B-roll and lingering shots that add nothing.

[Spoilers] Can we discuss that absolutely baffling ending in The Pitt?

Just got out of The Pitt and I'm convinced critics are being paid in residuals. Two genuinely good scenes do not make a film. Convince me otherwise.

Hot Take: The Pitt's third act ruined what could have been a masterpiece

Rewatched The Pitt last night and noticed even more plot holes than the first time. The motivations don't track at all once you stop and think about act two.
